At Taca Taca and AGV Falcon Drilling, we believe local development is built through training, inclusion, and commitment. That’s why we launched an Introductory Workshop on Drilling Fluids, designed especially for the women of Tolas Grande. Twenty-one young community members dared to take part, diving into this key specialty for the mining sector.
During the workshop, AGV’s specialist engineers shared technical knowledge about machinery and drilling fluids. But the most inspiring part came from them: the injection technicians who already work at Falcon Drilling and are building their careers—like Maca, who’s about to graduate as a drilling engineer, and Jime, who became a mud technician after joining a similar training offered to the community of Olacapato.
Both carried out drilling fluid tests in the municipal hall of Tolar and shared their experiences and growth within AGV.
This training workshop—declared of Municipal Interest by the Deliberative Council of Tolar Grande—not only delivers technical knowledge, but also paves the way for real job opportunities, promotes economic autonomy, and strengthens the role of women in mining.
Together, we build the future with every project, every course, and every training we offer, to generate genuine development in Northern Argentina.
